It's time for buyers to get decisions made and contracts secured in order to close in time for the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. If choosing a short sale you will need to research up front to see if the deal can colse in time to make the dead line. Approved short sales are a good way to go! Closing must happen before Dec 1st, 2009.
